Transforming or updating a bathroom that is twenty years old or older requires more than just cosmetic work. Our bathroom remodeling projects start by completely removing all bathroom fixtures and removal of all bathroom walls and ceiling. We explore for any inside floor rot damage caused by water seepage. We thoroughly clean or replace all water or mold area damage inside the walls. We remove the old sub-floor, install new sub-floor and underlayment, and prepare the floor for tile or stone. Whether your bathroom contains a fiberglass or cast iron tub, fiberglass shower unit or custom tile shower, we will work with you to utilize every amount of space for your new bathroom including extra storage or drywall built-ins. All plumbing waste lines and water lines are checked, and replaced if necessary, prior to new wall installation. All of our custom tile showers receive the correct pitch in the shower floor including the vinyl pan to ensure proper drainage and reduced mold in the future.

Bathroom ventilation is very important. We install a new exhaust fan or update the old fan in the bathroom and make sure it is properly vented to the outside. If at all possible, we install at least two new dedicated circuits to each new bathroom for outlets and new bathroom general lighting, since earlier bathrooms did not employ this feature.

We will gladly assist the client in selection of all plumbing fixtures, bathroom vanities, vanity tops, shower doors, bathroom accessories, and mirrors. We will stand by all products purchased for your new bathroom Whether you wish to renovate a 1st floor half-bathroom, upstairs hall bathroom or master bathroom, we have the experience to totally change and enhance the look of your bathroom to one that you will be proud to own and that will look great for years to come with limited maintenance work.
